摘 要:目的观察电针郄门对室性心动过速(VT)模型大鼠血浆NO含量及NOS活力的影响。方法SD大鼠40只,随机分为正常组、模型组、电针郄门组、电针尺泽组,每组10只。正常组不做任何处理;模型组采用股静脉注射氯化铯(CsCl)的方法建立大鼠VT模型;电针郄门组和电针尺泽组在造模成功后分别电针郄门穴和尺泽穴治疗5min。采用硝酸还原酶法检测各组大鼠血浆中NO含量,比色法测定NOS活力。结果4组大鼠血浆NO含量及NOS活力比较,模型组较正常组显著性降低(P<0.05),而电针郄门组较模型组和电针尺泽组均显著性升高(P<0.05)。结论电针郄门可能通过抑制心脏交感神经,兴奋迷走神经,增加NO及NOS的释放,调整心率而抗心律失常。Objective To observe the influence for Electro-acupuncture (EA) on Ximen acupoint (PC 4) to ventricular tachycardia (VT) model rat and contents of NO and activity of NOS in blood plasma. Methods 40 SD rats were randomly divided into four groups (10 rats in each group) : normal group, model group, EA at Ximen group and EA at Chize group. Rats in model group, EA at Ximen group and EA at Chize group were made ventricular tachycardia models with cesium chloride (CsCl) injected into femoral vein. EA at Ximen group and EA at Chize group were respectively treated by EA at Ximen and Chize for 5 minutes after the rats were made ventricular tachycardia models. Then, we detected the NO content (with nitrate reductase method) and activity of NOS (with colorimetry) in the rats blood plasma respectively. Results The content of NO and activity of NOS in model group's blood plasma decreased greatly(P〈0.05). Compared with model group and EA at Chize group, the contents of NO and NOS in EA at Ximen group increased obviously(P〈0.05). Qonclusion EA at Ximen acupoint can increased NO and NOS release by restraining heart sympathetic nerve and exhilarating vagus nerve so as to regulate rafs heart rate.
