摘 要:目的对厚朴中厚朴酚及和厚朴酚用超声提取和索氏提取进行比较研究。方法用超声提取法和索氏提取法提取厚朴中厚朴酚及和厚朴酚,并测定提取物的质量。结果超声提取厚朴中厚朴酚与和厚朴酚优于索氏提取,各项指标前者均优于后者。结论超声法有助于厚朴酚与和厚朴酚的提取,本研究为厚朴酚与和厚朴酚的提取提供了实验依据。Objective To compare and study the extraction that are from ultrasonic extract and Soxhlet extract for magnolol and honokil which are in Magnolia offieinalis Rend. et Wils. Methods Ultrasonic and Soxhlet extraction were applied for extracting the magnolol and honokil of Magnolia officinalis Rend. et Wils, respectively. Result The method of Ultrasonic extraction was better than that of Soxhlet extraction for magnolol and honokil on all indexes. Oonclusion Ultrasonic extraction is beneficial to extract the magnolol and honokil. The research has established the experimental basis for extracting the magnolol and honokil from Magnolia officinalis Rend. et Wils.
