摘　　要：目的:探讨脑血管病早期康复治疗的疗效。方法:回顾性分析我科2006年1月至2008年1月住院脑血管病偏瘫患者。结果:康复训练治疗组治疗前与治疗后比较BI有显著差异(P<0.01)。治疗后康复训练治疗组与对照组比较BI有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:早期康复治疗能有效改善患者的运动功能,明显提高ADL能力。Objective： To investigate the early rehabilitation exercise in the treatinent of eerebrovascular disease patients. Methods： Retrospective analysis of our department from January 2006 to January 2008 hospitalized stroke patients with hemiplegia. Results： The outcome of rehabilitation treatment group compared before and after treatment were significantly different （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Rehabilitation after the treatment the treatment group compared with the control group were signifecantly different（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： The early rehabilitation of patients with exercise can be effective in improving motor function, ADL ability improved.
