摘 要:试验采用两套完全相同的SBR系统,向其中一个反应器中投加活化后的粉煤灰构成粉煤灰-SBR系统,与传统的SBR对染料废水进行对比试验研究,考察了系统处理效果、污泥沉降性、所需缺氧搅拌及曝气时间。结果表明:粉煤灰-SBR系统运行末期COD和色度的去除率分别稳定在90%、88%;SBR系统COD和色度的去除率分别在85%、78%左右,粉煤灰-SBR较SBR系统的出水水质更好。且粉煤灰-SBR系统较SBR系统在处理染料废水时污泥沉降性能好,在较短缺氧搅拌时间内生化性更容易提高,反应所需的曝气时间更短。Two SBR systems were applied in the test, putting the fly ash into one reactor to setting up the FA - SBR systems, contrast the traditional SBR system, removal efficiencies, Sludge sedimentation, anoxic time and aeration time were investigated. The results show that the FA - SBR systems obtained the removal rate of COD and colourity about 90% and 88% in the end of the process, at the same time, the SBR system is about 85% and 78%. the FA - SBR systems has better effect of the removal rate and sludge Sedimentation, less time of anoxic and aeration than SBR treating dyeing wastewater.
