摘　　要：科学发展观的哲学基础是解放思想、实事求是,核心内容是党的基本路线,围绕着发展中国特色社会主义主题形成的一系列相互联系的基本观点,构成了一个完整的理论体系。The scientific outlook on development is based on the philosophy of emancipating the mind and seeking truth from facts, the core content is the Party＇s basic line, and it is around the theme of developing socialism with Chinese characteristics to form a series of interrelated basic concepts, and constitute a complete theoretical system at last.
