摘　　要：本文从保险公司的组织机构和功能分布出发，提出了一个基于Ｃ／Ｓ体系结构的计算机管理信息系统。并且在此基础上设计并实现了整个ＭＩＳ系统。This paper begins from organizational agency and functional distribution in Insurance company and suggests a computerized administrative information system on the model of Client/Server system structure. Based on the system in can design and processes the whole MIS system.
