摘 要:目的探讨淡色库蚊幼虫不同发育阶段对杀虫剂的敏感性变化,为科学合理地进行蚊虫化学防治提供依据。方法参照WHO生物测定方法测定淡色库蚊敏感品系、抗三氯杀虫酯品系、抗残杀威品系I~IV幼虫的抗药性。结果淡色库蚊抗三氯杀虫酯品系I龄、II龄、III龄、IV龄幼虫的抗性指数依次为4.35、11.84、16.43、17.28;抗残杀威品系I龄、II龄、III龄、IV龄幼虫的抗性指数依次为2.39、6.26、9.58、11.21。结论蚊幼虫随着个体发育对杀虫剂的敏感性水平逐渐降低,在蚊虫化学防治中应选择敏感的低龄阶段施药。Objective To investigate the level sensitivity Culex pipiens pollens larvae ti insecticide and provide scientific and rational basis for chemical control of mosquito. Methods The resisatnt grades of plasmodium larvae of sensitive strain,anti-acetofenate strain and anfi-propoxur strainwere determined. Bioassay of Culex pipiens pallens was conducted based on method recommended by WHO. Results The resistant index of Ⅰ, Ⅱ , Ⅲ and Ⅳ instar larvae of anti- acetofenate strain Culex pipiens pallens were 4.35,11.84,16.43,17.28,respectively; The resistant index of Ⅰ, Ⅱ , Ⅲ and Ⅳinstar larvae of anti- propoxur strain were2.39,6.26,9.58,11.21 ,respectively. Conclusion The sensitivity of mosquito larvae gradually decreased along with the individual development,and mosquito control chemicals should be applied for lower instar larvae.
