摘　　要：目的了解娱乐场所从业女性对女用安全套的接受性。方法制定相关的调查问卷,在干预前、中、后分3次对同一地区娱乐场所女性从业人员进行面对面的调查,然后对收集的信息进行比较分析。结果3次调查的样本量分别为158、154及151人,70%左右的从业女性均有商业性性行为,40%以上的人在最近1个月的商业性行为中未使用任何安全套,80%以上的人最近1个月与主要性伴的性行为中未使用任何安全套;96%以上的人对女用安全套的自主防病功能有着一致的认同,使用女用安全套的人数从干预前的1.3%提高到干预中的22.7%和干预后的22.5%,但是对女用安全套外观、使用的简便性等感受性方面的指标,干预后较干预前有所下降。结论娱乐场所从业女性对女用安全套有较为积极的认识,也愿意尝试使用,但若想让该人群广泛接受,女用安全套还需在外观及使用的便捷性方面加以完善。Objective To know the acceptability of the female condom among female workers in entertainment estabhshments. Methods Cross-sectional survey was carried out three times at baseline,6-month follow up and 12-month follow up based on the formal questionnaire, and then analyze the collected information. Results The sample sizes of the three times are 158,154,151 respectively. About 70% of the female workers have commercial sexual behavior,and more than 40% of them did not use any condom when they had sexual behavior with their clients ,more than 80% of them did not use any condom when they had sexual behavior with their primary partners. More than 96% of them agree with that female condoms are good because they put the woman in charge of prevention. The percentage of people who have tried the female condom one or more times rises from 1.3% at baseline to 22.7% at 6-month follow-up and 22.5% at 12-month follow-up. The indexes of receptibity of female condom, such as appearance design and easy to insert in, have decreased from the baseline to the follow- up. Conclusions Female workers in the high risky establishments are the bridge-group of HIV transmission. The group people have positive knowledge of the female condom and would like to try the female condoms. In order to be accepted broadly, the female condoms need to be promoted at its appearance design and need to be used easily.
