摘  要:研究了两种类型伞形结构(耐污型和防冰型)的棒形悬式复合绝缘子在相同的绝缘距离、硅橡胶外套材料、人工污秽和人工覆冰试验条件下对交流覆冰闪络电压特性的影响,同时介绍了复合绝缘子的人工覆冰闪络试验方法。覆冰闪络试验结果表明,防冰型复合绝缘子的伞形结构设计较合理,可以阻止或延长冰桥的形成,对于110 kV/100 kN棒形悬式复合绝缘在相同人工污秽(SDD/NSDD 0.25/1.5 mg/cm2)和人工覆冰(覆冰水折算到20℃时电导率为120μS/cm,覆冰密度0.84~0.89 g/cm3)试验条件下,防冰型的交流覆冰闪络电压比耐污型提高了17.0%~25.0%,具有一定的防覆冰闪络的效果;其次,防冰型复合绝缘子受覆冰重量的影响小于耐污型,即覆冰越严重,防冰型覆冰闪络电压下降的趋势小于耐污型。The influence of two types of rod suspension composite insulator shed profile structure (anti pollution type and antiice type) on iced AC flashover voltage characteristics in the same insulation distance, same silicone ruber housing material, ing test conditions, but also the method of artificial troduced. Iced flashover test results showed that the as well as same artificial pollution and atificial iciced flashover test on composite insulator were inice bridge formation could be prevented or extended if the shed profile structure design of anti-ice-type composite insulators was more reasonable. For the rod Suspension Composite Insulator under the same conditions of artificial pollution test (SDD/NS- DD0.25/1.5mg/cm2) and artificial icing test (when icing water converted to 20 ℃, the conductivity is 120 μS / cm and the iced density of 0.84~0.898 9 g / cm3) , ACiced flashover voltage of Anti-ice type increased 17.0%~25.0% than anti-pollution type, so there was a a certain degree of anti icing flashover affect; and then, the effect of iced weight on anti-ice type composite insulator was less than anti-pollution type, that is to say the icing is more serious, the trend of anti-ice type flashover voltage decreasingis less than anti-pollution type.
