替勃龙联合雌三醇软膏治疗老年性阴道炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察替勃龙联合雌三醇软膏治疗老年性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法:124例老年性阴道炎患者随机分为替勃龙联合雌三醇软膏治疗组(A组)62例和单用雌三醇软膏活疗组(B组)62例,两组进行疗效及复发情况比较。结果:A组临床治愈率高于B组,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。A组复发率低于B组,差异有显著性(P<0.01))。两组用药前后子宫内膜厚度比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:替勃龙联合雌三醇软膏用于治疗老年性阴道炎可明显增强疗效,缩短疗程和减少复发。Objective：To evaluate the clinical effects of tibolone combined with Estriol Cream in postmenopausal women with senile vaginitis. Methods： 124 postmenopausal women with senile vaginitis were randomly divided into two groups ：group A consisted of 62 cases treated with tibolone （Livial） combined with Estriol Cream （Ovestin cream） for 2 months, and group B consisted of 62 cases treated with Estriol Cream for 2 months. The changes of clinical parameters after treatment and recurrent rate between 2 groups were compared. Results：The total effective rate in group A was significantly higher than that of group B （P=0.002）;the recurrent rate in group A was significantly lower than that of group B （P=0.001）;no significant statistical differences were observed in changes of endometrial thickness between 2 groups （P=0.162）.Conclusion：Tibolone combined with Estriol Cream is effective in the treatment of postmenopausal women with senile vaginitis.h has more effective rate ,shorter treatment time and lower recurrent rate than single use of estriol cream.
