胆囊息肉样病变80例超声诊断及术后病理分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨胆囊息肉样病变(PLG)的超声诊断方法。方法:对80例PLG的临床和病理诊断资料进行回顾性分析。结果:80例病人中胆固醇息肉41例,炎性息肉14例,腺肌瘤息肉5例,腺瘤息肉17例,胆囊癌3例。结论:B超诊断胆囊息肉准确可靠,对不同类型的胆囊息肉病理诊断符合率相比,差异无显著性。Objective ：To investigate the diagnosis procedure of polypoid lesions of gallbladder （PLG） by ultrasonic method.Methods：Retrospective analysis was performed for the relation between clinical and pathological aspects from 80 cases of PLG.Results ：Among 80 cases,56 cases were cholesterin polyp,9 cases inflammation polyp, 3 cases adenomyoma polyp, 10 cases adenomatous polypus and 2 cases gallbladder cancer. Conclusion：The B ultrasound might have diagnostic accuracy and reliability in gallbladder polyps. And comparing the diagnosis accordance rate in different types of PLG,there is no significance difference.
