摘　　要：目的:探讨护理配合对悬雍垂腭咽成型术(UPPP)后并发症的影响。方法:我院UPPP病人分为对照组145例行常规护理配合,实验组161例在常规护理基础上,增加防止局部出血、预防术后呼吸意外等方面进行加强护理。结果:实验组UPPP后出血率14.9%(24/161),呼吸意外6.8%(11/161),无严重呼吸意外,对照组分别为31.7%(46/145),23.4%(34/145),1例(0.68%)严重呼吸意外(P<0.05)。结论:UPPP前后良好的护理配合,能避免严重的呼吸意外,有效控制术后并发症。Objective ：To explore the effects of nursing in UPPP complications.Methods：Retrospectively analyzed UPPP surgery from January 2005 to December 2008.The control group （ 145 cases）, received routine care.Based on conventional care, 161 cases of the experimental group were given strengthened nursing such as local bleeding and respiratory accidents prevent.Results ：The ratio of hemorrhage after UPPP was 14.9%, 6.8% of patients endured respiratory accidents, no severe respiratory accident happened in the experimental group,but the ratio was 31.7% ,23.4% respectively,one severe respiratory accident happened in the control group （0.68%）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Better nursing care before and after UPPP surgery can obviate severe breathing accident, control post operative complications effectively.
