摘　　要：钢铁产业的临海布局是世界性趋势,同时也面临着巨大的生态压力。通过对唐山市的分析研究,探索了临海钢铁产业集群在循环经济框架下实现生态化发展、推进节能减排的区域背景、基本路径和具体措施。The movement toward inshore area of iron and steel industry is a worldwide tendency. But it also results in ecological pressure. It focuses in Tangshan to study the ecotype development model of inshore steel industry cluster under the framework of circulation economy. Concretely, the region background, basic paths and practical measures are analyzed.
