摘　　要：为提高莱钢住宅小区自动化管理水平,在莱钢某小区开发水电远程抄表系统,系统自动采集用户水电表的计量数据,并对采集回来的数据进行计算、处理、分析、统计、打印、收费、语音催费等处理,实现了数字化抄表全过程。文章主要介绍了系统组成、功能,以及软硬件设计和安全设计等内容。In order to improve automatic administration level for housing estate of Laiwu Steel Co., water and electricity remote automatic meter reading system is designed. It can remotely and automatically read water and electricity meter data. Also it can measure, process, analyze, make statistic, print, charge, hasten to charge by phone, etc. It realizes the whole process of digital meter reading. The thesis mainly introduce the composition, function, soft and hard design and safe design of the system.
