塑料方盒微波灭菌后替代无菌盘的实验研究

摘　　要：目的探讨微波炉专用塑料方盒微波灭菌所需时间及灭菌后的无菌保存时间,旨在将微波灭菌后的方盒替代临床治疗护理中的无菌盘。方法取微波炉专用塑料方盒盛水30ml,将枯草芽孢杆菌菌片及嗜热脂肪芽孢杆菌菌片放于其隔水装置上,整盒放进微波炉,分别运行3、4、5、6、7min进行灭菌,灭菌后取出菌片行细菌培养5d后进行生物监测,每一灭菌时间监测30次,以确定最佳灭菌时间。再将经微波灭菌6min的方盒放置在无菌物品柜中24、48、72、96、120、144h分别取出行生物监测,每一存放时间段监测30次。结果方盒经微波灭菌6min、7min灭菌有效率均达100%,方盒灭菌后存放24～120h无细菌生长。结论经微波灭菌6min后的塑料方盒处于无菌状态,符合医院感染管理要求,可替代无菌盘。Objective To investigate the sterilization time of plastic box by using a microwave oven and its preservation time, and to use it to substitute for sterile plate in clinic. Methods The pills of bacillus subtilis and bacillus stearothermophilus were put on the water-resisting device of the plastic boxes containing 30 ml water, then the plastic boxes were sterilized by a microwave oven for 3, 4,5,6,7 rain respectively, the pills were biologically monitored for 30 times at each sterilization time; and the boxes sterilized for 6 rain were monitored after 24 h, 48 h, 72 h, 96 h, 120 h, 144 h respectively. Results The sterilization time of plastic boxes required 6 or 7 minutes and these plastic boxes could be preserved for 24 to 120 h. Conclusion Plastic box sterilized by microwave achieves the re- quirements of hospital infection control, it can substitute for sterile plate.
