摘　　要：介绍了机载武器用高压容器的结构特点和技术要求,分析了其常用材料的机械性能、加工工艺性和焊接性,以及制造高压容器时常用的几种焊接方法和关键工艺技术。详细说明加工高压容器时的工艺流程、焊接工艺和在焊接过程中应采取的质量控制措施,以及机载武器用典型高压容器的加工方案和焊接技术。This paper have introduced the structural characteristics and design index of high-pressure cylinder in the Airborne arms, have analyzed the mechanical property,the mechanical and welding manufacturability in commonly used material.Meanwhile,this article have introduced several method of welding and key technological procedure of manufacturing high-pressure cylinder,have explained flow of technique ,technological procedure, the measure of quality control in the process of welding in detail.Especially ,the typical technological plan and welding Technology of high-pressure cylinder was used in Airborne Missile was introduced.
