摘 要:研究了生长温度、酸碱度、水力停留时间和共代谢物质对复配菌群降解焦化废水效能的影响,结果表明:复配菌对焦化废水的COD及氨氮去除率随着温度的升高而增加,当温度达到30℃时最高;随pH值的升高而增加,系统进水pH值应控制在7.5~8.5之间;在水力停留时间为15~20h时普遍达到最大值;在加入NH4Cl和葡萄糖时,降解效果最好。The degradation efficiency of coking wartewater by multiple microorganisms was studied,which including growth temperature,pH value, hydraulic retention time,cometabolic substance. The results showed that the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen and COD in wastewater by multiple microorganisms rised with the temperature increasing, and the maximum removal rate was under 30℃ ;the removal rate added with the pH increasing,and the influent of system pH should be coutrolled between 7.5 and 8.5 ;the removal rate reached maximum when the hydraulic retention time was 15-20h ;the degradation effect was the best when it was added with NH4Cl and glucose in coking wastewater.
