摘 要:胎儿血氧饱和度监测具有重要临床意义,如何便捷准确获取胎儿血氧饱和度信息是临床医生和工科人员关注的热点,近几年胎儿血氧饱和度监测技术也得到不断发展和完善。本文回顾了胎儿血氧饱和度监测技术的发展历史及在临床中的应用。其临床应用包括降低胎儿窘迫的剖宫产率,预测胎儿酸中毒,指导产程中孕妇体位的调整,用于监测胎儿生长受限及羊水粪染等。胎儿血氧饱和度监测具有重要的临床意义,开发方便、精确的胎儿血氧饱和度监护仪,需要临床医生和仪器开发者的共同努力。Fetal blood oxygen saturation monitoring has an important clinical significance. How to obtain the information of fetal oxygen saturation accurately is always concerned by doctors and engineers. In recent years, fetal oxygen saturation monitoring has been continually developed and perfected more and more. This paper reviews the history of fetal oxygen saturation monitoring and its clinical application status. This technoloy is used for lowering the cesarean section rate of fetal distress, predicting fetal acidosis, guiding the posture of pregnant women in birth process, monitoring fetal growth restriction and meconium-stained amniotic fluid and so on. Fetal blood oxugen saturation monitoring is important in clinic. Developing a more convenient and accurate fetal blood saturation monitor needs both clinicians and engineers doing more efforts.
