摘　　要：目的:探讨CT引导下肺穿刺对肺内结节的诊断价值。方法:60例肺内结节病变患者行CT引导下肺穿刺,穿刺成功者行病理学检查。结果:60例患者穿刺活检,穿刺成功并获得病理结果57例,其中恶性49例,结核2例,炎症6例,3例未能作出明确诊断,确诊率95%;术后并发气胸4例,出血者2例。结论:CT引导下肺穿刺操作简单,定位准确,并发症少,是一种安全、可靠的定性诊断方法。Objective：To evaluate the value of percutaneous CT-guided lung biopsy in pulmonary nodules, Method; 60 cases with pulmonary nodules were underwent by percutaneous CT--guided hmg biopsy, which pathological results were followed up. Resuits： 57 cases with pulmonary nodules were succeed in making percutaneous lung biopsy;3 cases failed. The success rate of percutaneous CT--guided lung biopsy was 95% , the accuracy with pathological diagnosis was 100%. --guided lung Biopsy is an accurate method in puncture , which has high accuracy in pathological method in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of pulmonary nodulars.
