摘　　要：目的:调查分析55例老年抑郁症心理状况使患者得到更好的康复。方法:以艾森克个性问卷(EPQ)、明尼苏达多相人格调查表(MMPI)等心理学量表为工具测量老年抑郁症患者的人格及心理特征,入院后制定并实施相应的心理护理,然后将入院时和入院一月后的各项因子进行统计学比较。结果老年抑郁症患者多显内向型性格。结论对老年抑郁症患者的心理护理应结合其人格及心理特征,有针对性地开展心理护理工作。Objective： To study the psychological problems in elderly patients with depression and care so that patients had a better rehabilitation. Methods： Eysenck Personality Questionnaire（EPQ）, Minnesota Muhiphasic Personality Inventory（MMPI） and other psychological scales were used to develop and implement corresponding admission psychological care, and then admitted to the hospital after six factors were compared, Results： After a month of hospital clinical and psychological problems apparently dis- appeared or eased the scale factors in a different psychology decline. Conclusion： Psychological care of elderly patients with de- pression should combine their personality and psychological characteristics of the targeted conduct psychological care.
