内镜直视下置放食管记忆合金支架治疗食管癌的临床观察和护理

摘　　要：目的:观察食管支架置入术治疗晚期食管癌的疗效,并探讨其相关护理。方法:选择32例晚期食管癌患者为研究对象,在内镜直视下予食管支架治疗。结果:32例患者支架置入全部成功,支架位置正确,术后内镜复查支架完全膨胀,狭窄消失,梗阻症状解除,吞咽困难明显好转。随访3-10个月支架无移位,脱落或严重并发症出现。结论:内镜直视下予食管支架治疗晚期食管癌安全,有效。但在手术过程中需注意护理观察,对安全地完成检查有重要意义。Objective： To observe discuss the nursing. The stent was fully expanded, symptoms relieved, and dysphagia was markedly improved after operation. Stent displacement and severe complications didn＇t occur after followed up for 3--10 months. Conclusion： The treatment of advanced esophageal carcinoma with esophageal nickel--titanium coil stent under the supervision of endoscope is safe and effective. We should pay considerable attention to the nursing observation in the operative process
