摘  要:本文报道了在285-320纳米波长范围内钛和镍原子多光子电离研究结果。采用激光烧蚀和分子束相结合的技术制备金属原子,光离子产物由飞行时间质谱仪检测。根据光离子信号对探测激光强度依赖关系抽取出Ti和Ni原子激发态光电离截面。测量的光电离截面在0.2 Mb到6.0 Mb之间。在阈限电离区,Ti和Ni同位素原子激发态的光电离截面实验值是相同的。The resonance-enhanced multiphoton ionization of Ti and Ni atoms has been investigated in the range of 285 - 320 nm. The atoms are produced by the laser ablation of a metal sample. The Ions produced from photoionization of the neutral atoms are monitored by a home-built TOF mass spectrometer. The photoionization cross sections of the excited states of Ti and Ni are deduced from the dependence of the correspending ion signal on the laser intensity with photon energies close to the ionization threshold, the assuming saturation of the resonant transition. The obtained values range from 0.2 Mb to 6.0 Mb. No significant isotope-dependence is found from the measurements of the photoionization cross sections of 46Fi, 47Ti, 47Ti, 58Ni, and 60Ni.
