体育系跆拳道专项学生心率变异性特征分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨跆拳道专项学生和普通大学生的心率变异性特征.方法:用MCA-3C心脏功能检测仪,分别采集受试者在安静平卧状态下的512次心率信息,对信息进行时域和频域分析,获得心率变异性各相关指标数据.结果:实验组时域各项指标(HRP、RRP、RRM、RRN、SD、MSD、P50)值均显著高于对照组(P<0.01);频域指标显示,T.S、HF.H、HF.A、HF.S、LF/HF值均显著高于对照组(P<0.01);其他指标也高于对照组,但无统计学意义.结论:和普通大学生相比,体育系跆拳道专项大学生心率变异性较大,其迷走神经张力相对较大而交感神经张力相对较低,自主神经调节能力较强.Objective Investigate the characteristics of heart rate variability of the taekwondo and the college students. Methods MCA- 3C heart function detector was used to collect the 512 times heart rate information of the students in a state of quiet backlying and the information on time and frequency domain of heart rate variability were analyzed. Results The value of time - domain indexes （HRP, RRP, RRM, RRN, SD, MSD, P50） of experimental group were significantly higher than the control group （P〈 0.01） ; The value of frequency domain indexes （TS, HF. H, HF. A, HF. S, LF/HF） were also higher than the value of control group （P〈0. 01）; other indexes are also higher, but no statistical significance. Conclusion Compare with college students, the heart rate variability of Taekwondo students is larger, the vagal tone is relatively large and sympathetic tone is relatively low, the regulation ability of autonomic nervous system is more strong.
