缩短稿件处理周期的实践

摘　　要：自《华南理工大学学报(自然科学版)》启用网络版稿件采编系统以来,稿件处理周期明显缩短。文中主要对稿件处理各环节的做法进行分析,结果表明,加强编辑与作者、编辑与审稿专家之间的联系,有助于缩短稿件的处理周期。The handling period of manuscripts has been obviously shortened since a manuscript submission and editing system based on Internet was put into service in the Editorial Department of Journal of South China University of Technology.This paper mainly analyzes the practices of each step during the manuscript handling,and draws a conclusion that strengthening the contacts not only between editors and authors but also between editors and peer reviewers helps to shorten the handling period of manuscripts.
