摘　　要：编辑人格缺失阻碍学术期刊的健康发展,影响学术创新的热情。当前主要表现为:不学无术,不思进取;屈从权威,缺少独立;自视优越,膨胀傲气;道德迷失,行为失范。文中对编辑如何塑造独立人格进行探讨。Loss of editor personality hinders not only the healthy development of academic journals,but also affects enthusiasm of academic innovation.It is mainly shown in following aspects at present： neglecting to learn new things,being too dependent on academic authorities,tending to be arrogant and feel superior,and carrying out misconducts.Some suggestions to solve these problems are given.
