东平湖蓄滞洪区风险区划与安全建设方案

摘　　要：采用水文风险计算方法,考虑淹没水深、淹没历时与运用标准3个风险因子,把东平湖蓄滞洪区划划分为轻度、中度和重度3个风险区,人口分别为2.30万、4.98万和23.36万,分别占蓄滞洪区总人口的7.5%、16.2%和76.3%,并据此拟定了外迁、就地修建村台和临时撤离方案。It prepares a plan of relocation,building local village platforms and temporary removal by using the methods of hydrologic risk calculation,dividing Dongping Lake detention basin into three-level risk areas of light,medium and heavy with the population of 23 000,49 800 and 233 600 respectively and making up 7.5%,16.2% and 76.3% of the total of the detention basin respectively based on the consideration of three risk factors of water depth of inundation,inundation duration and operational standard.
