围手术期抗菌药物的预防性应用分析

摘　　要：目的调查分析本院外科手术患者围手术期预防性应用抗菌药物情况。方法抽取本院2009-07～2009-09手术患者病历380份,对围手术期抗菌药物应用的结果进行分析。结果抗菌药物不合理的预防性应用主要包括:预防性用药指征掌握不严,使用范围过宽,抗菌药物使用率高达100.00%;给药时机不规范,未在术前2 h时内给药占27.89%;术后用药时间过长;药物选择起点过高;不符合用药经济学原则。结论本院围手术期预防感染抗菌药物使用仍存在问题,应加强贯彻落实"抗菌药物临床应用指导原则",以利于抗菌药物的合理应用。Objective To investigate and analyze the rationality of preventive application of antibacterials during perio- perative period. Methods The medical records of 380 surgical patients in our hospital were collected from 2009 -07 2009 -09. And the rationality of antibacterials application was analyzed. Results The irrational preventive application situation of antibacterials was as follow：the indication for the antibacterials application was not strict,the application range was too wide, and the application rate of antibacterials was high （ 100% ）. The time of administration was not regulate ,27.89% of the patients had not given the first dose within 2 h before the operation. The medication time after the operation was too long and the starting point of medication was too high. The cost of antibacterials was unreasonable. Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the implement of ＂Guidelines on Clinical Use of Antibacterials＂, in order to improve the rational application of antibacterials.
