摘 要:交联、接枝和共混等是改善纯丝胶膜耐溶失与力学性能的重要技术方法。以柠檬酸作为交联剂制备的丝胶/聚乙烯醇/柠檬酸共混固化膜的表面结构形态得到改善,耐溶失性能以及力学性能显著提高。成膜条件对丝胶/聚乙烯醇/柠檬酸共混固化膜结构及其性能产生影响,适当升高干燥温度有助于提高柠檬酸与丝胶和聚乙烯醇的交联程度,在干燥温度为120℃、柠檬酸质量分数为0.6%的条件下,制备的共混固化膜表现出最佳的力学性能和耐溶失性能。用柠檬酸作交联剂的丝胶/聚乙烯醇/柠檬酸共混固化膜材料培养L929细胞,测试其对细胞毒性的分级为一级(细胞为圆形,偶见裂解细胞),具有良好的生物医用价值。Cross-linking,grafting and blending are important technological measures to improve dissolution-resistant and mechanical properties of the pure sericin film.With citric acid as the cross-linking agent,surface structure of the sericin/PVA/citric acid solidified film could be further improved,and dissolution-resistant and mechanical properties of the film could be enhanced significantly.Film-forming conditions had an impact on structure and property of the sericin/PVA/citric acid solidified film.An adequately increased drying temperature was favorable to increase the cross-linking degree between citric acid and polyvinyl alcohol.When the drying temperature was 120 ℃ and the mass fraction of citric acid was 0.6%,the obtained film showed the best mechanical and dissolution-resistant properties.Toxicity test with L929 cells showed that the sericin/PVA/citric acid solidified film prepared with citric acid as the cross-linking agent was in line with the first grade in the grading of cytotoxicity(with round cells and occasionally lysed cells),having promising biomedical values.
