摘　　要：产学研合作教育是应用型人才培养的有效途径和形式。湖北汽车工业学院在"优势互补,互惠互利,共同发展"的可持续发展原则基础上,创新了"五个一"产学研合作教育的实现机制,形成了植根汽车产业,践行教育与生产实践相结合的鲜明办学特色。Cooperative Education of the manufacture-learning-research is an effective way and form to train the applied talent. Hubei University of Automotive and Technology created the new mechanism of ＂ 5a＂ of cooperative Education of the manufacture-learning-research based on the principles of sustainable development the ＂complementary advantages, mutual benefit and common development＂, innovation and the ＂5 a＂ Cooperative Education＇s implementation mechanism, forming a rooted automobile industry, combine the education with the production practice, dedicated to the distinct school characteristics for the training of the high-level talent applied automotive industry.
