摘 要:使用微波-亚临界水法选择红景天多糖的最佳提取工艺。采用正交设计法筛选红景天多糖最佳提取工艺,用苯酚-浓硫酸法测定其含量。红景天多糖的最佳提取工艺为:微波功率600W,料液比1∶30,提取时间11min,压强1.0MPa。测得红景天多糖的含量为14.01%。该方法简便快速,溶剂无污染,使用微波-亚临界水法提取红景天多糖的效率高于常规提取法。To select the optimum extracting method of polysaccharide from Rhodioloside with microwave- subcritical water method. Select the optimum extracting method by using orthogonal design and the determination of polysaccharide was taken by phenol-sulfuric acid method. The optimum extract method of the polysaccharide was determined by orthogonal design: microwave power 600 W, solid-liquid ratio 1:30, microwave processing time 11 min, pressure 1.0 MPa. With above conditions, the extraction rate of polysaccharide was 14.01%. This method was simple and quick and there is no pollution in the solvent. The efficiency of extracting polysaccharide by microwave-subcritical water method was higher than that by conventional extraction method.
