摘　　要：本文介绍了蛭石防火板生产技术原理与工艺技术路线、性能指标及应用要点。作为一种被动矿物防火技术，具有诸多优点，将在被动防火系统中发挥重要作用。This paper introduces the manufacturing process and the properties of vermipan GN andits applications to passive fire protection system as well. The vermipan GN is made from natural mineral materials-the incombustible, inflated mineral vermiculite. The vermiculitegrains are compressed with a specially developed bonding-system to produce boards with theproperties of fire protection, thermal-insulation, acoustic-absorptivity, electricity-insulationand without any materials which may constitute a health hazard. The boards can be processed simply and easily with all hard metal tools found in any joinery workshop. They canbe sawn, planed, drilled, milled, grooved, screwed and bonded. For fireproofing walls,ceilings, linings, desks, doors and soundproofing, the vermipan GN is universal and indispensable for modern passive fire-protection system.
