摘 要:目的探讨富氧水对高原移居青年体力作业效率的影响。方法将进驻海拔3 700 m半年的20名健康青年随机分为AB两组,每组10人。A组口服富氧水2 d,2次/d,500 ml/次;B组口服富氧水5 d,2次/d,500 ml/次。分别在服富氧水前和服完富氧水后第2天和第8天进行运动负荷实验。受试者用EGM型踏车功量计做坐位踏车运动。初始负荷功率50 W,每3 min递增50 W,以60 r/min连续踏车至200 W 3 min后终止。用直线回归法计算每位受试者运动心率达170次/min时机体所作的功(PWC170)和运动功率90 W时的心率(HR90W),记录功率200 W时的肺通气量及血氧饱和度(SaO2),计算心功能指数。结果两组服富氧水后较服富氧水前PWC170、SaO2及心功能指数均增高(P<0.01);HR90W、肺通气量降低(P<0.01),且其效率能保持1周(P<0.05)。结论富氧水能明显提高高原移居青年的体力作业效率。Objective To study the effects of heavy-oxygen-enriched water(HOEW) on manual work efficiency of young high altitude migrants. Methods Twenty youth who had stayed at high altitude of 3 700 m for half year were divided into 2 groups ( n = 10per group). After taking HOEW 500 ml twice for two days( Group A) or five days( Group B) , exercise tests with the EGM-II bicycle ergometer holding 60rpm were loaded on the 2nd and 8th day. Power started from 50 W ,increasing by 50 W per 3 minutes until 200 W for 3 minutes. PWC 170 and HR 90 W were counted by the method of lenear regression when the tested young people' s heart rate reached 170/min. Pulmonary ventilation volume and SaO2 were recorded when power reached 200W and cardiac function index were calculated. Results Compared with that before taking HOEW, PWC 170,SAO2 and cardiac function index in Group A and B increased ( P 〈 0.01 ) , and HR 90 W and pulmonary ventilation volume were reduced ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion HOEW can improve young immigrants' manual work efficiency at high altitude.
