广东省高技术产业科研绩效分析

摘　　要：借助数据包络分析方法,对广东省高技术产业与7省市高技术产业的科研活动的绩效进行评价。结果表明,科研活动的人力、物力投入,对高技术产业的发展起着重要的推动作用;广东的高技术产业研发活动绩效与国内其他高技术产业大省相比有较大差距;科研投入不足,研发工作科技含量低,关键技术人才少,缺乏对外合作是产生低效率的主要原因;增加科研投入与加强科技合作是提高广东省高技术产业科研绩效的主要途径。By using data envelopment analysis （DEA） method, scientific research performance in hi-tech industries in Guangdong Province is analyzed. It shows that investment in scientific research plays an important role in the development of hi-tech industries. Because of less investment, less high level researchers, and lack of scientific research cooperation, the scientific research performance of Guangdong Province is much poorer than that of some other provinces in China. Thus, to change such a situation, it is necessary for Guangdong Province to increase scientific research investment and strengthen research cooperation.
