摘　　要：目的探讨PCNA、VEGF、ER在甲状腺乳头状癌等组织中的表达及临床意义。方法对30例甲状腺乳头状癌和30例癌旁正常甲状腺组织,用免疫组化S-P法,检测PCNA、VEGF、ER表达。结果PCNA、VEGF、ER在甲状腺乳头状癌中的表达率显著高于癌旁正常甲状腺组织(P<0.01)。三者在甲状腺乳头状癌中表达率具有相关性。结论PCNA、VEGF、ER表达可作为甲状腺癌的协助诊断指标,对临床治疗和预后判断具有重要的指导意义。Objective To explore the expression of PCNA（proliferating cell nuclear antigen）,VEGF（vascular endothelial growth factor）,ER（estrogen receptor）and its clinical significance in thyroid papillary carcinoma.Methods Immunohistochemical staining technique （S-P method）was used to determine the expression of PCNA,VEGF and ER in 30 thyroid papillary carcinoma cases and 30 adjacent normal tissue cases.Results The positive rates of PCNA and VEGF and ER in thyroid papillary carcinoma were higher than that in the normal thyroid tissues （P〈0.01）.There was correlation between these expression existed in thyroid papillary carcinoma.Conclusion The expression of PCNA and VEGF ER could be diagnostic index of papillary thyroid carcinoma that has significant guiding significance in clinical treatment and patients＇ prognosis.
