摘 要:针对常减压装置工艺过程变化较为频繁的特点,通过对相关控制回路控制效果的现状调查,分析影响回路品质的主要干扰因素。根据控制回路自控失调的特点以及检测参数变化的历史记录,采用PID参数优化设计;运用参数整定程序流程技术,改善控制回路环境。为适应工艺生产过程对控制参数的不同要求,编写出与之相匹配的控制回路组态程序和采用能准确反映介质特性的现场仪表,提高自控系统调节质量。实施优化控制,完善了常减压装置仪表控制系统的控制功能、监视功能和通信功能,改善了过程控制的品质,提高了控制系统的自动化程度。In accordance with characteristics that the process has been changed comparatirely frequently in atmospheric and vacuum distillation units, based on the investment of existing control effect of control loops the main influence factors of control loop quality are analysed. According to the disorders of automation loop and the history record of the changes on detected parameters, PID parameters optimization design is adopted; Operating environment of the control loop is improved via the application of the parameter tuning procedure technology. A configuration program for the control loop has been compiled to satisfy various requirements on control parameters during working. Regulation quality of the automation system has been enhanced through the application of the field instrument which is capable of accurately reflecting the media characteristics. Functions of control, monitoring and communication of the atmospheric & vacuum distillation unit have been improved after implementation of the control optimization, quality of the process control has been upgraded in the meantime and the automation degree of the control system has been updated as well.
