摘　　要：目的观察腹腔镜下完全腹膜外疝修补术的临床应用效果。方法回顾分析我院2006年9月～2008年12月间37例腹股沟疝行腹腔镜下完全腹膜外疝修补术(totally extraperitoneal laparoscopic hernia repair,TEP)的临床资料。结果36例顺利完成手术,1例转行TAPP,平均住院4.1天,无严重并发症。术后随访7月～34月,未见复发病例。结论完全腹膜外疝修补术是一种安全有效的腹股沟疝修补方法。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of totally extraperitoneal laparoscopic hernia repair. Methods Retrospective- ly analyzing the clinical data of 37 patients with inguinal hernia trom Sep. 2006 to Dec. 2008 in our hospital, who were treated by totally extraperitoneal laparoscopic hernia repair. Results TEP was successfully performed in 36 patients, while one patient was treated TAPP during surgery. The median hospital stay was 4.1 days, and no serious complication was observed. A follow-up of 7 to 34 months showed that there was no recurrence. Conclusion Totally extraperitoneal laparoscopic hernia repair is a safe and effective method.
