音乐疗法在手外伤患者术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨音乐疗法对手外伤患者术中的影响。方法2008年1月～2009年1月120例手外伤患者按入院单双顺序分为试验组和对照组各60例,试验组在术中播放慢节奏、抒情、流畅的音乐,对照组在给常规手术环境下接受手术治疗,观察两组病人术中的血压、脉搏及疼痛、焦虑程度。结果实施音乐疗法后,试验组患者的疼痛程度减轻、焦虑程度明显低于对照组,血压、心率的变化也较对照组平稳(均P<0.05)。结论应用音乐疗法可减轻手外伤患者焦虑心理和疼痛程度,稳定术中的血压、脉搏,有利于手术顺利完成。Objective To explore the impact of music therapy in surgery of patients with hand trauma. Methods 120 cases of hand trauma patients were divided by odd and even order into observation group and control group with 60 eases each： the patients in observation group were treated with additional music, but the patients in control group were treated under conventional surgical environment, to compare the difference of blood pressure, pulse, pain and anxiety between the two groups. Results Pain and anxiety in patients who were treated with additional music in the observation group were significantly lower than those in patients who were not in the control group, and blood pres sure, heart rate changed stably in the observation group in contrast to those in the control group （all P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Application of music therapy can reduce anxiety and pain in patients with hand trauma, keep stable blood pressure and pulse intraoperatively, which is conducive to the successful completion of surgery.
