乳腺数字化立体定位系统引导下乳腺肿块旋切术的术中配合和护理

摘　　要：目的探讨Lorad乳腺数字化立体定位系统在乳腺肿物切除中的术中配合护理。方法由护士准备好术前及术中配合医生,在数字化立体定位系统指导下对30例有乳腺小肿物的患者施行微创旋切术,护士在术中进行相应的护理。结果所有行微创乳腺肿物切除术患者,术后护理得当,无手术并发症。结论数字化立体定位系统在切除乳房良性肿块时,操作简易、准确、安全、创伤小,术中良好的护理可使手术更加快捷、安全。Objective To investigate the intraoperative care of the breast tumor resection under the Lorad stereotactic breast digital system. Methods Nurses were ready to coordinate with doctors before the operation and during the operation. Under the guidance of the Lo- rad stereotactic breast digital system, the patients Of 30 cases with small breast minor underwent minimally invasive athereetomy when nurses performed the appropriate care. Results All the patients with breast lumps atherectomy were taken good care postoperatively and had no complications. Conclusion Lorad stereotaetic breast digital system in the removal of benign breast lumps has the advantages of simple, accurate, safe operation and small trauma, which intraoperative good nursing can make surgery more efficient and safe.
