莱菔子敷脐疗法防治痔术后疼痛的护理应用

摘　　要：目的探索莱菔子敷脐疗法在防治痔术后疼痛的临床应用价值。方法将莱菔子300g装入特制治疗布袋中加热至50℃～55℃,于患者术后1小时开始予敷脐防治,之后每隔2小时将莱菔子治疗袋加热一次后再予敷脐防治,连续敷脐防治10小时,记录24小时内患者止痛药的应用情况,评价莱菔子敷脐疗法在防治痔术后疼痛的临床疗效。结果观察的80例痔术后患者中,仅4例因术口疼痛难忍要求用止痛药,均未出现明显不良反应。结论莱菔子敷脐疗法防治痔术后疼痛疗效显著,安全无副作用。Objective To study the effects of umbilicus therapy with radish seed for preventing pain after hemorrhoid surgery. Methods About 300 g of radish seed contained in a cloth bag was heated to 50℃ - 55 ℃, and then was placed on the navel of the patient one hour after surgery for continuous 10 hours. The radish seed bag was heated once every 2 hours to maintain the temperature. Recorded the usage of analgesic and evaluated the pain preventing effects of radish seed applying extemaly at navel after hemorrhoid surgery. Results Among 80 cases of hemorrhoid surgery, only 4 cases used analgesic because of severe pain at surgery wounds, no obvious side effects were observed in all cases. Conclusion Umbilicus therapy with radish seed for preventing pain after hemorrhoid surgery is effective, safe, and without side effects.
