摘　　要：目的观察笑气吸入在人工流产中的镇痛效果。方法选择300例采用笑气吸入行人工流产术的早孕妇女为观察组,随机选取同期100例未采用任何镇痛措施行人流术的早孕妇女为对照组,分别观察两组的疼痛程度、宫颈松驰程度、人工流产综合征发生率及术中出血量。结果观察组镇痛效果及宫颈松驰程度显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组与对照组的术中平均出血量差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论笑气吸入对人工流产术有良好的镇痛效果,镇痛作用起效快,操作简便安全。Objective The effect of inhaling laughing gas for anal gesia in artificial abortion. Methods 300 women in early pregnancy received artificial abortion inhaled laughing gas for analgesia （study group）, 100 women were not administered any analgesia（control group）. The analgesia effect, state of cervical laxity, the bleeding volume were observed in the two groups respectively. Results The analgesia effect and the state of cervical laxity in the study group were remarkably higher than those in the control group（p〈 0.01）. But there was no significant difference in bleeding volume between the two group （p 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Inhaling laughing gas for analgesia in artificial abortion is an efficient, safe and easy method.
