摘 要:临床骨缺损修复方法多样,且取得了较为满意的效果。传统的修复方法如自体、异体骨移植是目前临床最为常用的骨缺损修复方法,但也存在各种缺陷,限制了其广泛应用。随着医疗技术的进步,各种人工骨,尤其是骨组织工程在骨缺损修复中的逐步应用将进一步提高临床对骨缺损的修复效果。There are various clinical bone defect repair methods, which have achieved satisfactory clinical evaluation. Traditional repair methods such as autologous, allogeneic bone graft are the most commonly used clinical method of bone defect, but there are a variety of shortcomings, limiting their wider application. With the advances in medical technology, all kinds of artificial bone, especially bone tissue engineering are gradually used in the reparation of bone defect, which will further enhance the clinical evaluation of bone defects repair.
