摘 要:单轴柔性滚弯是一种新型的型材滚弯技术。介绍了单轴柔性滚弯的工作原理,建立了U型材单轴柔性滚弯三维有限元模型,成功模拟了U型材成形与回弹过程,仿真结果与实验结果基本吻合,表明有限元仿真可以代替部分复杂实验;利用仿真结果详细分析了型材滚弯回弹半径的影响因素,给出了滚轮压入量、滚轮直径、橡胶硬度、型材尺寸和型材材料与回弹半径的关系,对实际滚弯工艺参数的选取具有指导意义。One-axle rotary shaping with elastic pad (RSEP) is a novel forming process of section. The principle of 0ne-axle RSEP is described and the three-dimensional finite element method (FEM) model of the U-section one-axle bending is built. The model is used to simulate the whole process of U-section forming and the resilience. The FEA result is compared with that of the practical experiment. The result proves that the FEA can replace part of the complex experiments. The parameters influencing the U-section resilience radius and the issue of sectional deformation are analyzed based on the FEA. The relationship between resilience radius and the parameters, such as roller stroke, roller diameter, polyurethane hardness, section dimension, and section material is given, thus it provides a reasonable basis for determining manufacture process parameters.
