摘 要:采用交流阻抗方法并结合循环伏安方法,研究了机械活化对黄铁矿粉末微电极/非水溶液界面性质的影响。结果表明,机械活化增大了黄铁矿电化学反应的有效活性面积,降低了界面的电荷传递电阻,减少了双电层电容。当有添加剂存在时,微电极的电化学电阻和界面电容越小,黄铁矿颗粒的分散效果越好。十八酸通过改变介电常数和增大双电层厚度而增大静电斥力,提高黄铁矿的分散性能。The change of interface behavior of pyrite micro-electrode/non-aqueous electrolyte was investigated by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS) and cyclic vohammetry (CV). The results show that, after mechanical activation, the effective active area of the surface electrochemical reaction of pyrite was increased, while the charge transfer resistance and interface capacitance'were decreased. Mechanical activated pyrite particles can be better dispersed with the decline of the charge transfer resistance and interface capacitance in the presence of additives. An additive, stearic acid, can increase the electrostatic repulsion of particles by changing the dielectric constant and increasing the thickness of double electric layer, and can therewith benefit the dispersion of the activated pyrite.
