摘 要:以钢渣、铜尾矿、粉煤灰及砂岩为主要原料,添加少量Fe2O3和Cr2O3作为复合晶核剂,以CaO-Al2O3-SiO2三元系、透辉石为主晶相,采用非均匀成核制得复合尾矿微晶玻璃建筑装饰材料。利用差热分析方法(DTA)制定了复合尾矿废渣微晶玻璃的热处理制度,采用XRD和SEM方法研究了复合尾矿废渣微晶玻璃的析晶性能。结果表明,晶化温度在710和720℃时,微晶玻璃处于分相状态,没有晶体析出;而晶化温度在800℃时,玻璃相已成为絮状晶粒结构,析出适量透辉石晶体。The building material of multi-tailings glass-ceramics was prepared by heterogeneous nucleation method with steel slags, copper tailings, fly ash and sandstone as raw materials, Fe2O3 and Cr2O3 as nucleation agents and CaO- Al2O3-SiO2 system and diopside as principal crystalline phases. Heat treatment system for the glass-ceramics was estab-lished by differential thermal analysis (DTA). The crystallization property of the glass-ceramics was investigated by XRD and SEM. The results showed that the glass-ceramics was in the stage of phase separation without crystallization when the crystallization temperature was 710 ℃ or 720 ℃. A certain amount of diopside crystal was appeared and the glass phase changed into a flocculent grain structure at the temperature of 800 ℃.
