Methods Play the role through the use of correct location of active service, communication and well, work efforts focus on efficiency, such as job skills, improve work efficiency and quality. Results Improve the work efficiency and quality, as well the good assistant of director. Conclusion By using a certain job skills and methods, creatively cooperation with the director will enhance the work efficiency and quality, better deal with the relationship between the various departments and win the recognition and praise from hospital leaders and colleagues of clinical departments, embody the value of the work.
