摘　　要：目的探讨提高护理部干事工作质量的方法。方法通过运用摆正角色位置、主动服务、协调沟通周全、办事抓重点、讲效率等工作技巧,提高工作效率和质量。结果提高了工作效率和质量,当好了领导的助手和参谋。结论通过运用一定的工作技巧和方法,创造性地配合主任工作可提高工作效率和质量,处理好各部门之间的关系,得到院领导和各临床科室同事的认可和好评,体现工作价值。Objective To explore the approach to improve work quality of staff in nursing department. Methods Play the role through the use of correct location of active service, communication and well, work efforts focus on efficiency, such as job skills, improve work efficiency and quality. Results Improve the work efficiency and quality, as well the good assistant of director. Conclusion By using a certain job skills and methods, creatively cooperation with the director will enhance the work efficiency and quality, better deal with the relationship between the various departments and win the recognition and praise from hospital leaders and colleagues of clinical departments, embody the value of the work.
