银杏叶片联合倍他乐克片对改善高血压患者生活质量的研究

摘　　要：目的观察银杏叶片联合倍他乐克片治疗对高血压患者生活质量(quality of life,QOL)的影响。方法116例1级、2级原发性高血压患者经2周安慰剂洗脱期后,采用随机单盲法分为B组(倍他乐克片)和G+B组(银杏叶片+倍他乐克片);采用SF-36生活质量量表作为测量工具,对高血压患者进行QOL问卷测试评分;疗程为24周。结果2组病例均有良好的降压效果并能提高患者QOL,G+B组的QOL评分高于B组(P<0.05)。结论银杏叶片联合倍他乐克片治疗比单纯倍他乐克片治疗能明显改善高血压患者QOL,为临床用药提供参考依据。Objective To observe the effect of folium ginkgo tablets combined with betaloc tablets on the quality of life （QOL） of hypertensive patients. Methods A total of 116 primary hypertensive patients, graded class 1 and 2, were treated with placebo for 2 wks and then randomly divided into group 13 （betaloc） and group G＋ 13 （folium ginkgo tablets combined with betaloc tablets） for 24 wks. The MOS 36 item short form health survey scale was used as a benchmark for designing the QOL test questionnaire. Results The anti-hypertentive effects were favourable, and the QOL scores of the 2 hypertensive groups increased after the treatment. The effect of group Gq-B was better than that of group 13 in QOI. improvement （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compared with the single therapy using betaloc tablets for hypertensive patients, folium ginkgo tablets combined with betaloc tablet shows better effects in QOL improvement.
