摘　　要：目的用正交试验法优选阴炎净洗液中苦参、黄连、黄柏中有效成分的提取工艺。方法采用正交试验进行优选,考察加水量、提取时间、提取次数等因素的影响,优化提取条件;采用HPLC法测定提取液中苦参碱、小檗碱含量,通过计算提取率来比较提取效果。结果最佳提取工艺条件为:加8倍量水、提取3次、45 min.次-1。结论本试验为阴炎净洗液中有效成分的提取工艺优化提供了依据。Objective To optimize the preparation process for Yinyanjing lotion by orthogonal test. Methods The op timum extraction was selected with orthogonal test. Water, extraction time, and extraction number were considered. Matrine and berberine chloride in the extract was determined by HPLC, and the effect was compared by extraction yield. Results The optimum extraction process was 8 times of water, extracting 3 times, 45 rain each. Conclusion This study provides a basis for the optimization of Yinyanjin glotion.
