老式住宅供暖改造的新尝试

摘　　要：随着福利供热的逐步取消,住户对供热质量的要求也越来越高,但是一些老式的住宅由于种种原因供暖效果不尽人意。该文通过龙矿集团龙海社区多栋老式住宅供暖改造的实践,简要阐述了新旧技术的不同、施工要点。With the phasing out of the heating benefits, households heating requirements on the quality of higher and higher, but some old - fashioned residential heating due to various reasons unsatisfactory results.
