摘 要:目的:用高效液相色谱法测定不同产地、不同采收期的牡丹皮中丹皮酚含量,并初步比较不同产地、不同采收期丹皮的质量差异。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定丹皮酚的含量,色谱柱:Aglent TC-C18柱(4.6mm×250.0mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇:水(60:40),检测波长:274nm,柱温:25℃。结果:在选定色谱条件下线性范围良好,丹皮样品加样回收率为97.25%,RSD值为1.82%。结论:安徽凤凰山产区牡丹皮中丹皮酚的含量高于其他产区,其中以3年生10月含量为最高。Objective: To detect different areas of production and different time limit of growth on paeonol in tree peony root-bark by HPLC, and compared with them. Methods: HPLC was carried out under the conditions as follows: Aglent TC-C18 (4.6 mm×250.0 mm, 5 μm) at 25℃ using CH3OH:H20(60:40)as mobile phase, detection wavelength was at 274 nm. Results: The good linear relationship was obtained under the optimum conditions. The recoveries of the standards added Peony tree bark phenol 97.25%, respectively, while the relative standard deviations were 1.82%(n=6). Conclusion: The content of paeonol in Fenghuang Mountain is higher than other areas and the October of three years is the highest.
