摘 要:介绍了ANSYS多体分析模块,即基于有限单元法的多体分析理论。在ANSYS环境下,利用MPC184单元和ANSYS参数化设计语言APDL开发了四连杆臂架系统变幅过程分析程序。并以造船门机为例,对其臂架系统进行了分析,提取仿真输出参数和结果,与臂架系统的设计准则相比较,为门机四连杆臂架系统的设计及优化提供了一种新的途径。The multibody analysis section of ANSYS program, multibody analysis theory based on finite element method, was intro- duced to develop a rigid body dynamics program for portal gantry crane's four - bar linkage arm system. The program was based on the element MPC184 and ANSYS parameter design language (APDL) in ANSYS environment. As a practical engineering exam- ple, a portal crane was analyzed as rigid body model through this program. The simulation results were compared with the design criterion of arm system. A kind of new method for gantry crane's arm system design and optimization was offered.
